The rooms are brand-new and spacious, with a large living room, a comfortable couch, and a patio. The location is great, set in a calm area near a casino with plenty of entertainment options, like movies, bowling, and various restaurants. Additionally, there's a large outlet store center nearby for excellent shopping, along with a fantastic bowling alley, bingo area, movie theatre, and many delicious restaurants.

I was given modern and spotless room with separate bathroom, a view of the mountains and a jacuzzi. The location was central, favourable in the Las Vegas area. It was also so close to South Point casino which has a large bowling alley, movie theaters and late night food deals, and restaurants, bowling alley, bingo and gambling.

We liked the fact that we were close to a casino without having to stay at the hotel. Loved that we could go to the store and make meals and just relax in one place as a group. We will definitely look at doing this again.
It was hard to find a parking space near our entrance. You could see that the place was busy with a lot of timeshare tours. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay a fee if you wanted to use the safe in the room.

The Grandview is very comfortable, and has all the ammenities so you feel right at home. I like that it's right next to a casino.
The only thing I did not like was that when we first got there the first day on our floor the carpets were just cleaned and they had the fans drying the carpets, it was very loud, smelled like mildew and very hot and humid.
